Every visitor, in their own language

Museums welcome visitors from all over the world, but recording a narration in each language has always meant real cost and real time. Here the museum writes the text once, and translation and voice generation handle the rest — so adding a language is a decision, not a project.

Extending reality, not replacing it

Years of work go into an exhibition, and no digital layer should compete with it. This one is entirely optional: visitors reach for it when they want to know more, at their own pace, and set it aside when they don't. The collection speaks first — the app only answers when asked.

Change anything, safely

Exhibition content is alive, even in a permanent collection. Curators edit a draft version of the tour while visitors continue using the published one — nothing they change is visible until they choose to publish it. When everything is right, one step makes it live. No developer, no downtime, no risk to what's running in the galleries.

Open source — no vendor lock-in

No vendor to depend on. The software is open source under the MIT license, so the museum keeps its installation permanently and can hire any qualified developer to deploy, maintain or extend it. If we stop working on it, your exhibition doesn't stop working. Every paid component — the AI answers, the automatic translation and voice generation — can be switched off without losing the core experience, so you pay only for what you actually use.

3 Space Tracking Providers to choose from

Augmented reality needs a way to recognise the physical space, and that technology comes from specialist providers. This project supports three of them. If one changes its pricing, its terms, or disappears altogether, the exhibition doesn’t have to be rebuilt — your developer switches provider and the content stays exactly as it is.

BITMAX Space Tracking Technology

BITMAX AR SDK6.0. which has become more powerful with the addition of Space Tracker, provides MAXSCAN app for free that can create and manage spatial maps and expands support for AR glasses. Now, with the BITMAX AR SDK, you can put AR contents onto real world precisely and easily.

Vuforia Space Tracking Technology

Area Targets is a Vuforia powered environment tracking feature that enables you to track and augment areas and spaces. By using a 3D scan as an accurate model of the space to create an Area Target Device Database, you can easily deliver augmentations to stationary objects in the scanned environment.

Niantic Spatial Space Tracking Technology

3D mapping, reconstruction, and visual positioning from Niantic Spatial. Scaniverse captures, reconstructs, and localizes physical environments - on your phone, and now in the cloud. It's a foundation for AR, robotics, spatial computing, construction planning, and other apps and workflows that require high-fidelity 3D digital twins.
